Here is what I am trying to accomplish.

In Excel
Select U1:X1
Shift control down arrow
right click, copy

In Word
key shortcut to end of document
Paste, use destination style

In Excel
right click, Copy Q1

In Word
Paste, merge formatting, this would take place right below the table that was previously pasted.

In Excel
Right click, Copy R1

In Word
Paste, merge formatting, this is done to the immediate right of the text "E1RM" which was previously pasted


In Excel
right click, Copy Q2

In Word
Paste, merge formatting, this would take place right below the previously pasted line

In Excel
Right click, Copy R2

In Word
Paste, merge formatting, this is done to the immediate right of the text "Total Volume" which was previously pasted

In Excel,
Right click, copy Q6

In Word,
Paste, merge formatting, this would take place right below the previously pasted line


In Excel
Right click, Copy R6

In Word
Paste, merge formatting, this is done to the immediate right of the text "Average Intensity" which was previously pasted
