Auto Open With Message Box But Alternate Messages

Can you please help me with this problem?

I would like to modify the Auto Open macro whereby depending on the day of the week the message box will display different text.

Eg if you open the file on:
Monday the message box will display "Are you ready for another big week of work?",
whereas if you open it on Friday the message box will display "Put in a big effort for the last day of the week!".
Tuesday, Wednesay and Thursday will also say something different.

I will probably use different text than the example above, but you get the idea.

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

Can you help me change the message box title from "Microsoft Excel" to something like "Gusto747's Program"
