Link and update a dynamic excel cell range to external jpeg image

hi, I hope I can get some help

I would like to view/have an image of the information contained in an excel spreadsheet, this image, will not be located inside the spreadsheet but in another individual folder (as jpeg or something).

And when I modify this spreadsheet (adding rows and changing info for example) that the image be updated.

Basically I would like to know if its possible and how?

It's not possible to do this with a JPEG file. It is possible to create a Microsoft Word file that has the image, and that is linked to the spreadsheet, and the image is updated when the spreadsheet is updated. Save both of these files to the same folder to see an example.
