Macro to create dynamic movement in a diagram, help

Hey dudes
I’m completely new on macros and was wondering if anyone has a clue if this is possible to do. I’ll try to explain.

I need to make a macro that can continuously count up/down from values in one column to the values in the next column. Then it needs to wait a while if possible, and then proceed to the next values in the next column, and so on.

The action needs to be represented in a fixed column. The macro also needs to update the cell content continuously (corresponding hitting “enter”) during the action, so that if you for example have a dot diagram over the fixed column, the dots for the different rows are somewhat flowingly moving up or down depending on the trend of the row. I’m not using a dot diagram later, but it shows the thing I want to accomplish.

I’ve made a simple data file with some mumbo jumbo data if it´s any help. Any of you clever guys think this is possible?
