Transpose Excel formulas to VBA codes

Hello guys!

I created a new template where, when input the base price (FOB), the mileage and where the load is going, it automatically generates the price per pound based on how many lbs are going to be delivered (40k lbs, 30k lbs, etc.)

Now I also made a User Form in VBA, where I just have to input miles and Fob price, but now from Region and Weight I have buttons instead.
The only thing is that I never used VBA before so I need some help in transposing the formulas.
And eventually would be very nice if I could save the file as .exe
