    Conditional Locking of Cells

    Hi
I need an excel formula ( preferably , if available) or a simple VBA code to conditionally lock a changing range of cells based on the top row value as in the attached example . I could copy the sheets if it is a formula or if it is a VBA code that could be applied to defined sheet names
    Help please
    Napa

    Re: Conditional Locking of Cells

Hi Napa. It would be helpful if we had a few more details. What range of cells do you want to lock and under what conditions do you want them locked? Which row do you consider as the top row? Please describe in detail what you want to do using one or two specific examples.

    Re: Conditional Locking of Cells

    Hi Xlbizness
Please see the below ( if I am not asking too much )
I will be password protecting all sheets in a similar work book except autofilter provision. Basically can I confine the VBA Code to unlock only cells below headers 15 and 16 (today and yesterday). All other cells to be locked and opened as the day value changes?
Also is it possible to have a Pop Up for each sheet to ( User ID and Password) which will enable them to mark " X " in the relevant unlocked cells ?
    Hope it is clear
    Thanks in anticipation !
