can excel auto comment the date when "YES" is placed on columns I & J

Hello, on columns i & j i have a drop down that places yes or no. I want to add a code that will add a comment with the date whenever i choose yes. can someone help me please. I am sorry i am not very good with VBA coding.

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to make it clear what is needed. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are demonstrated, mock them up manually if needed. Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to open the upload window.

on columns I and J they have a drop down menu and when ever i place a yes column M will automatically time stamp it.

Now what i want to do is when ever i choose yes that the cell will automatically create a comment and place the date that yes was placed on the cell. This is the code i could find. just need to put it all together. Please Help
