Macro to compare columns and insert codes, according ranges

Hello,

I have two sheets. Sheet1 contains two columns B and C. Column B contains names of goods. Column C contains prices.
Sheet 2 contains three columns. Column A contains the codes. Column B contains names of goods. Column C contains prices.
I want to compare column B (sheet1) with column B (sheet2) and column C (sheet1) with column C (sheet2), as if the price in column C (sheet1) is in the range +- 10 of column C (sheet2). Then to insert codes in column A (sheet1), where it finds match with names and codes according to the range +-10. The codes in column A (sheet2) are different of the same names, so I want to compare not only the name, but and the price in column C in the range +-10.
