creating Index list with variable k

Hi - I'm not sure how to describe this - I've been using Index/Small for a while now to create lists based on various criteria

I'm trying to make a list based on this method but having the formula based in my code rather than in a help cell

Here's my code and it finds the first value fine - the one that would have 1:1 as the K value except here I have i:i

I was hoping that, as the value of i increases, the K value would become 2:2 and then 3:3 etc but all I get is the same return each time.

Show a before and after situation with manually calculated results, explaining which information is data and which is results, and if it's not blindingly obvious how you have arrived at your results some explanatory notes as well.
