Macro to Delete Rows with Dependent Column

I originally needed a range to resize based on the length of column A. Here's the code that worked:

But now the range, no longer needs to be the exact length of column "A". Because the first couple rows in column D, aren't referencing column "A". I've attached a file that shows what data looks like as of now in tab "Original". The "Needed" tab is what the macro should do.

The formulas in Column "D" start in the same cell every time. So basically the code needs to be able to reference a portion of column D to correctly link to column "A".
