Hi,

I am trying to develop a spreadsheet which will allow the user allocate accommodation rooms to members of their team, based on the a formula in an attached sheet.

On Sheet1 the user enters his team size and depending on the composition of the team a number of beds are allocated for the players coaches and management.

What I want to do is to use this figure to open the equivalent number of rows in an attached worksheet into which the room numbers can be entered beside each team members name. The rest of the sheet would have to be locked as there would be formula there to calculate the occupancy on each night.

I hope this makes sense. If it does, I'd really appreciate some assistance with this.
