Unzip files to the another folder

Hello friends,
Codes below unzip files to the present folder which is C:\Users\pc\Desktop\Downloads1\.
I need to unzip files to the another folder which is C:\Users\pc\Desktop\Downloads2\.

Folder name above is the folder where zip files exist.

I want unzip files which exist under C:\Users\pc\Desktop\Downloads1\
and
extract to C:\Users\pc\Desktop\Downloads2\

Any idea ?
