Creating a database from daily production reports

Dear Everyone,

I'm new to this forum, got myself an account yesterday. During my intern within a huge production facility, I got the task to develop a manner or way to turn production data into controllable information. I have been struggling for couple of days now, but I can't get it right, I think.

In the attachment you'll find what I have. I have used referencing, but I don't think that this is the solution to my problem. I used the referencing function. But what the solution is, I have no clue. Something with working with variables and functions, I guess. I also think that the structure of the database is not right.

I want the daily reports to be transposed do data which is usable for Pivot tables. And lots more, but I'll figure that out on my own. So I got two questions.

1. How do I develop a database which can be used for Pivot tables and graphs and figures?
2. Can you guys help me with a code in VBA, that is transposing de data into a good database?

You'll find the file I build in the attachment. Of course I left a lot of stuff away
