Merge data - 3 cells

I'm trying to merge data from 3 cells, previoulsy was 2 of which the following formula worked.

=C2&", " &D2

It is just names of clients. Surname with a , then I need first name a space and then middle name.
it would be like this: Smith, James Alexander

What do I need to do to merge C2 and D2 and E2 please
Feeling rather brain dead at the moment, can someone help?
