I have been browsing the forum for a solution but I am by no way a macro expert, so I can't put together what I have found or alter it to my situation.

I would really appreciate your assistance.

I have a password protected work sheet tracking equipment status saved on a SharePoint. What I need is to have a mail sent to a specific person on Outlook when ever each cell in range "L:L" is manually changed. In the sent mail I would like to see the following

Subject: Equipment Status Has Changed
Body: the new manually changed cell value in range L:L along with the corresponding cell in range D:D

Additionally the capability to unprotected the sheet to allow the notification to be sent but protect it again when exited
