Code to count colored cells doesn't work with cells colored by conditional formatting

hi there!

i have this code to count the number of cells within a certain range that has the same color as another cell:

However, it doesn't work if the cells are colored using conditional formatting, which is my case.
How then to overcome this inconvenience?
