Find intersect and replace cell value

Hi everyone,
I need a bit of help with a spreadsheet that I'm trying to make.
Sheet1 is a dashboard and sheet2 is my database. The user will input a unique identifier in cell C6, choose TR code from a list, in cell C9 and finally input the date in C10. Based on the data in C6 and C9, I'd like C10's value to be copied and pasted where C6's and C9's value intersect on sheet2. I hope this makes sense.
