    How to change a cell color or show a popup message after a print function?

    Hello,

    I'm using Excel 2007 and wondering if a specified cells color could be changed after a sheet was printed or is there a popup window that can appear to say a sheet was printed?

    Howdie neighbor and welcome ot the forum

    I dont think that you can do this with a regular formula Conditional Formatting will change cell colors, but only based of the contents/values of a cell (or another cell.

    I think you will need VBA for this, so I will movethis to that forum for you, good luck
