This seems to be a continuation of your earlier post... http://www.excelforum.com/excel-prog...ml#post3466075

If possible, add all your shapes to one group... then

Unfortunately i cant group all the objects as one.

As some columns are hidden, when i hide certain columns and the objects are grouped it moves the objects from cells :s

Then you need some way to identify which shapes to show/hide, setting that attribute as you loop through all the shapes on the worksheet...

    For example

Obviously this means the shapes have to have a consistent naming convention. If this still does not suit, then please upload a sample copy of your workbook.

    Thanks for the speedy reply.

I have 24 objects in each group and 81 groups in total.

Is there not a way i can do this via group with a consistent naming convention? This is why i have named the groups grp1, grp2, grp3 etc...
