Ok, if you check last used cell in your excel sheet it goes to cell O1525 (press e.g. Home & End) so I guess because of that you are trying to import 1525 rows to Access and you only have data in 1489 rows. This is causing the error. You need to reset used range. Here's nice instruction how to do that with very simple just typing in the editor's immediate window.
