Macro too create a set number of tabs with names

I need a macro that will create a set of tabs with a set of names in a new workbook.

Basically every month A set of reports and graphs need to created for a set of data. I once the data is imported into a workbook I need to create a set of tabs for each region, and then copy data from the imported data that belongs to each region. rRight now all im asking for is a macro that will create the tabs with the following names.

7 new tabs..
named the following
CA
IL
NJ
PR
TX
VB

Thanks for your help. Im trying to research google to find vba code to create tabs, because i understand that in forums they would like to see some effort on the questioners behalf..but I haven't had any luck.
