Start 10 mins 25 sec from Now

Hi Guru's

Is this right if i want the time for this to start, at varying minutes from "Now", linked to those cells ? and will it read contents of cells as time.

I'm Wondering if you might know why, when "RunOnTimeStartBlink" is called it actually starts the "StartBlink" straight away ?

I don't know, excel is making me crazy : )

For all practical purposes it calls StartBlink right away. First it schedules itself to run again, which takes a very small amount of time, then it calls StartBlink.
