Split data into separate worksheets and sort

Hello. I am looking for vba code or a macro to split some data up into separate worksheets. I would like to move the data into sheets separated by source address in column C. If those pages can be put in order and the data on each individual worksheet can be put in order by time that would be great. Also were would be a great place to get some insight on how to write these types of macros myself?
