Naming a tab

Here's probably the most embarrassing stupid question of the day:
Is it possible to make a spreadsheet tab equal the title of a page automatically?
I am setting up spread sheets for weekly expense reports and I want the tab to say the start of the week. There are 52 weeks and I'm getting tired of labeling them all.

You can make the title of a page equal to a tab name, but I don't believe you can go the other way.
If you select: Page Setup | Header/Footer | Custom Header | and select the 3rd icon from the right (Insert Tab Name) it will do it.
You could setup a macro that would renumber the tab names at the beginning of the year.
There is a way to put a cell value into a header but I think you need VBA code to do it

(its not an embarrassing or stupid question, it actually makes a lot of sense to have this automated)
