    Andy I just want disable the Design Mode Option from Developer tab.
    Is there any other option to do that....

    for that you would need to use ribbonxml

    why the need to disable that?

    My Client can delete the Activex button on the sheet so i need to hide Design Mode Option ...

    From design mode anyone can do anything without calling macro. so design mode is very big issue..

    why not protect the sheet if your client has a desire to delete and break the workbooks you provide them?

    for xl2007 in the ribbon, Review > Changes > Protect Sheet

    Note protecting the sheet may have an impact on the functionality of the workbook. So if the user is meant to populate cells you will need to Unlock those so they can enter data whilst the sheet is protected. CTRL+1 will display Cell format dialog, see Protection tab.
