Naming an embedded image while it is being added to the active sheet

I am using a loop to import 75 different images into an active sheet.

The images are called Pic1.png, Pic2.png - etc. When they are embedded into my activesheet however, excel names them Picture 1, 2, etc. But their (excel's) naming is not consistent...
How can I name the images as they are being added to the activesheet? I would like to give them a name like Icon1, Icon2,.... Icon75 so I can call them out from another loop.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.
