Transpose column to rows based on conditions

Hi All

I am looking for a macros that will convert the following data into rows for me.

Based on certain columns such as D. if there is a yes the it will populate with $100.
Column E: if it is yes then $200

It starts to get tricky in column H as it can be :RP,Data or empty, if it is empty the it's the same logic as no.

In row D of the desired results, it is grabbing the header record from the original record.

Please let me know if there are any additional information needed.

Not sure how you want to calculate "Amount".

wow that was fast.

I have attached a new worksheet. Can you see if that can be done? Amount is fixed, that is it can change but it will have to be hardcoded in the vba for now. can this results get create in a new sheet.
