counting the same number of rows based on condition

I have a excel sheet (attached) with four columns like Author, Title, Year and Department. I am trying to count the how many copies of the same book by same author in same department is available ? I tried a lot and finally failed. Please help me in this regard with a macro or VBA.
I need the output in other excel sheet with columns as (attached as output.xlsx)

Thanks for ur help and I executed the code sir. I also attached the file for ur information sir. In the input sheet, the author Abbas Abdul K has published 3 books out of that 2 are with same title and 1 with different title in same department. Similarly Abbey Michael has published 5 books with same with title; in that one is in different department (CSIT). I need how many copies of each book with same title and same author in same department is available sir. I also attached the correct count value in the output file sir. please help me
