hello all forum experts. i am stuck in a situation and needs ur help. i own a transport business. i have my trucks running records in excel sheet. in first column i have truck number, in second i have out km (i.e when truck leaves for customer from my site), in third i have in km (i.e when truck comes back in my site), in fourth i have difference between these two km, and in fifth i have party name. i created a pivot table using date in row and vehicle number in column.
i fill in diesel now, say km y
i last filled diesel, say km x
now i want to view where my truck visited between km x and km y along with details of party name (column 5) and difference (column 4) in a single cell.
That is (Party Name and Difference) of all visited parties in a single cell.
Please help....
