Surface Pro4 Pen fonction

I'm using and programming Excel 2016 with my Surface Pro 4.

Problem: By default the pen fonction seam to be set at Ink.

Question1: Is it possible to set the pen fonction by default to mouse pointer on every page?
Question2: Is it possible to create a macro thank ease the toggle between Ink ant Mouse pointer?

I found my answer...

Question 1: To use the pen as mouse pointer for the specific Worksheet: File ---> Options ---> Advanced Options ---> Pen ---> check in the box.
You have to repeat it for every Worksheet
Question 2: After many attempts, not possible.
