Inserting blank values in

I have a large file with thousands of products that is exported from my computer system. When products are put into the system sometimes the users leave fields blank which causes me problems. What I need to do is find if any value in column A,B or C is blank/empty then to put in "Not Classified" in the field.

Attached is a list I have cut down.
