SaveAs Loop is not working

Hello All
I have a Sheet that AutoFilters and copy/pastes the results to a Sheet called "Central" Column A. The code is then supposed to loop through the names in Column A to insert the name in a bookmark in a Word Document called "Cover Letter_CENTRAL.docx" while using the Column A name in the new SaveAs filename.
I don't get any error messages, I only get 1 Word document which the filename only contains the 1st name from "Central" Column A and not 25 separate documents that match all the names in Column A. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Your prompt response has revealed the other instance of fixed value in my code. This is the instance where the names in Column A are inserted into the Word doc Bookmark, but as you have revealed, the code won't update the bookmark with the loop through Column A, since it seems to be fixed on the 1st name in the Column A. Can you also lend some assistance on how to adjust this instance, so it will properly loop?
