Transpose Rows from a Sheet to Columns in another

Follow these four steps:

1. From the BOXES tab copy the six rows to the clipboard (Ctrl + C)
2. Toggle to the Metadata tab and right-click into the first available Row in Col. A
3. From the shortcut menu click Paste Special then click the Transpose check box
4. Click OK
