    Need Urgent Help

    Hello,

I am new to Excel VBA Programming. I need to pull data from one excel sheet to other worksheet or other excel sheet.
In an excel sheet i have complete data, however i want to get only the relevant data from it.
I want a data which is below a particular Cell.

    Example:
Coloumn A, and Row1 consists of text, in the text in many cells it is mentioned as Headings, and below cells gives description of heading. Eg: "Heading" next row "This is called as an excel sheet."

I want all the headings (Heading 1, Heading 2) in one column and the description of those headings(which are in next cell) against each heading.

Using Vb or any excel formula .. How can i do this.

I have shown it in sample attachment

    Regards,
    Ashish
