Macro to move certain rows up one

Hello, looking for a code to move rows that contain a certain word up one at the end of the row above. Due to privacy I can't attache a copy of the spreadsheet but hopefully that makes sense.
If Column F in a row contains the word 'Parent' cut the row from column A to column O and paste into column P in the row directly above it.
