Auto copy from Sh2 to Sh1 when entries are made in Sh2, there is a common log no to relate

Hello: I'm trying to do something fairly simple but struggling. How can I use vba code to copy cells P and Q from Sheet 2 (when entries in both are complete And Cell C in Sh2 = "Summary") and then automatically pasting the info into cells Y and Z on Sheet 1 (into the row with the same Log No.). Log No., which is a three digit no. starting with 001, is in Column A on both Sheet 1 and 2.
