Require a VBA Code macro to summarize the common material codes and amount from two sheets

I have an excel file having 3 sheets.One is "Summary",2nd is "Current" and 3rd is "Previous".

I want to VBA codes to help me for best result,subject to following criteria:-

1-Lookup the common Material (Column C ) and Amount (Column G ) from Current and Previous sheets.
2-Lookup the common plant ( Column B) from Current and Previous Sheet after verify the above condition.
