Copy values only in a macro?

This is the code I am using and I copying from a merge cell so when it copies across from one cell to another it brings with it, its formatting. I need it to copy across the values only how would I go about this?

avoid using merged cells - they will cause trouble when trying to work with them in VBA.

Maybe try it like this
