Building a web querry for attachments embeded inside a table.

So I would like to use a web querry to import some excel attachements that exist inside an embeded table on a web site. I've attached a screen shot called sample so you can see what it looks like on the page. When I click on each one it opens in an excel spreadsheet and then I have to manuallycopy and paste it to my report spreadsheet which is extremely tedius since there are a couple dozen.

When I try to use the web querry tool in excel it doesn't give me the option on that page to select the attachements, I assume that's because they are embedded inside a table inside the webpage?

I know next to nothing about web querrries so any help or direction anyone could provide would be greatly appreciated.
