need vba code to split 3 column data as name of workbook into target folder

Dear Experts

I have excel Master Sheet with range A:AP I need to split data as new workbook with name of data splits move to targeted folder.

Particularly D ,F, I contains some repeats unique item list For E.g
D contains Region List
F contains Partner Name
I Contains ProdType.

Result as I click the one button From D Column 4 Workbook(East.xls,West.xls,North.xls,South.xls)
then F Column 56 Parnter's There so 54 Workbook name of partner's
Then I column 2 Idea and Think 2 workbook(Idea.xls,Think.xls)

This is my path where file will be in folder
D:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Desktop\FORMATOPENCALL\DAILY OPENCALL\ONSITE
