Your file could have got corrupted. Try creating your file again with the codes and formats again and check.

No, create it from scratch. Open a blank file and copy parts from the corrupted file into this file, code, formats, tables, formulae, everything.
After I create a copy of my sheet to my new file, I've seen this in my Name Manager and I can't delete it.
Some of it duplicate and cannot delete but some of them can edit and modify.

Looks like the named ranges are still referring to the other workbook which you have. Is it affecting your macro? If not, then maybe once your file is working, you can delete the corrupted one and clear these duplicate named ranges.
I haven't finish yet copying all of the sheet. But I've seen a lots of duplicated named range in my Name Manager. My other macro works fine. But I am being scared error happen again after I finish copying files when I don't get rid that earlier.
My question is do duplicated named ranges that I cannot delete nor edit. Ok for a while???
Example of the scenario:
In my named range:
clear1- CANNOT be edit/delete - referring to previous copied workbook
clear1- CAN be edit/delete - referring to my new workbook
clear1- CANNOT be edit/delete - referring to previous copied workbook
NOTE: I edit and correct the reference of the [1] clear1 but still the [2] clear1 still there (Still I can't delete nor edit).
