Insert number of rows based on cell contents

Hi there,

I am trying to insert a finite number of rows in my excel document based on a number in a specific cell.

Specific example (see attached):

I have inserted a drop down option in C29 to insert number of candidates to be tested. Based on the number selected (1-20) I would like to insert rows underneath row 37 (there are currently 2 rows however I have entered 7 in C29).

A colleague of mine enabled this function before however since I inserted more rows above C29, the coding seems to have gone awry.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

The code was written for number of candidates in C24, then it can not run

Oh I see how do I fix this? I see that there were a number of hidden cells which I have subsequently unhidden so now number of candidates is in C21 (attached)
