solver doesn't search

Hi,

I have tried to use solver to find the best sets of parameters that can minimize my goal. However, no matter what the starting values are, each time solver is performed, there will be a text box popping up saying that solver found a solution but there is no any change at all. Attached is my worksheet. The solver has already been set up as it is now. It will be really appreciated if somebody can help me out with this. Thank you!

I haven't tested it thoroughly, but it seems related to the coef parameter in n31. If I take this cell out of the "by changing" field, then it tries to minimize like normal. Perhaps it is because this value is so much smaller (2e-9) than all the other changing cells, or something in the way that this parameter effects the objective function, or perhaps it is even something related to round-off error, but it might be something in this parameter that is preventing Solver from minimizing the objective function.

Yes. That's true. The number is too small. When I changed it to a bigger number like 2e-5, then it starts to do it. Thank you very much!
