Purchase Order Printing (Automatically increment the number in a cell)

    Untitled.jpg

    Hello,

I work in a purchasing team and I use a printed purchase order to place orders with suppliers. Currently I print out the sheets and hand write in the next 50 or so numbers and then repeat when required.

I would like to be able to use a macro to print the next 50-100 sheets and have the numbers go up incrementally in cell K2.

I am not sure if the image I have uploaded will be visible to help with my explanation.

Macros are new to me and I recently made one by simply using the record macro button and then carrying out the vlookups etc that I need to be done. However, I do not understand many of the programming language terms.

    Hopefully someone can help.

    Thanks,

    Hi
Assuming K2, as per your example, stores the PO Number, cut and paste this code into a module in your workbook and run it as you need to.

    Good luck.
