Round Robin Optimizer with Flexibility for tardiness

Hello Experts ,

I know there are many round robin generator out there with great automatic Excel formular but what I am looking for is a little bit different.

Here are the requirements

1. 2 Days to complete a 16 players tournament
2. Only 2 Tables/Courts are available
2. First come first server start time
3. Wait time should be optimized to be less than an hour (on average)

Sheets "Div 1 Team A (Day 1)" and "Div 1 Team B (Day 1)" allows for the first group of players 1-8 and 9-16 to start playing as soon as they arrive. For example, players name "Nick" (from group 1-8), "Greg" (from group 1-8), "Tom" (from group 9-16), "Jack" (from group 9-16) came first so Nick and Greg register as Player 1 and Player 5 and Tom and Jack register as Player 9 and Player 13, etc., etc.

NOTE: The organizer will determine who the players are for each group of 1-8 and 9-16

Sheets "Div 1 Team A&B (Day 2)" and "Div 1 Team B&A (Day 2)" are used for Day 2 with the same concept as above.

The above was done using brute force to minimize the time but I would like to know if this could be done automatically (similiar to the sheet "Rounds")or better optimized
