I am not sure if this is possible but we receive an email with chat message transcripts after each conversation has ended. I have about 2,000+ conversations I want to log the initial question in either Excel or Access. Does anyone have a good way of doing this? The initial question is located in the same location of every email message. The message comes in in two formats, the standard Outlook message format and an attached .txt file.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

I just need the part that immediately follows the: "Your Question:..."
