I am working at a garments factory, all employees day work time tracking by a biometric device, this device give me a output result like attached file attendance sheet. Every month I have to prepare manually all employee month end summary report like below. How I calculate this report automatic by excel using date search button where I input start date and end date.
Note that:
1. Holiday and Leave count as a work day.
2. From 8-Aug-13 to 16-Aug public holiday. So Days Work count 21+9=31 days.
3. Daily expected work time 8 hour.
4. Friday and holiday total work time count as a OT.
