Criss Cross VBA code

Hello,
Does anyone know the code to extract a piece of information based on a heading in a column and a row. For example, in the example attached below, I need the code to read the heading "it" in C1 and "Grand Total" in C8 and criss cross the location of a total number (C8 in this instance) and copy it to a specified cell - C 11. Same goes for the E8 number and copy it to D11. The headings will always be in the same column, but not the Grand Total.
