Amendments to exisitng macro to manually input agent user names

    All,

Thanks in advance for taking the time out to look and help resolve this issue..........

Please see attached file - I've created the spreadsheet so that we can fully automate an escalation process we have in work.

The place where I'm stuck - someone from this site previously wrote code and created a function that would automatically update the users name and team manager in Form worksheet in cell ref D5 & F5, but when I've tested it my own user name from work it brings through FALSE.

Could you possibly review the code and formula and make amendmento to get it working - or possible create and advise of a different method.

Also, the CLEAR macro button has code that clears data from certain cells - could you also add relevant code for it to clear, then save and close document once CLEAR button pressed.

By the way - we use Excel Version 2003 in work

    Thanks again....DancingElvis

    Hi Elvis

I hated your solution. So I created a userform for you.

When you open the file the Manager Combobox is automatically filled with the managers names from your data.

When you select a manager the second Combobox is filled with the names of all the agents that report to that manager. [ Note: empty row if the cutt off )
When you type more than two letters in either the client name or surname or both, a listbox pops up showing all clients that match
Clicking on any entry in the listbox loads that clients data into the userform.
