Web Pull : URL needs Cell Reference please

Hi Peoples

Yer so got this Web Pull i linked the race number M1 but can't manage to link the code to N1 that changes daily, hate that.

Cells on Sheet4 have Data Validation for ease of changing numbers

If some one can help would be great
